Return and Refund Policy

At BetterYou Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or need to return a product, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

1.1. You may return a product purchased from BetterYou Pharmacy within 24 hours from the date of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support.betteryou@gmail.com or +2348023316940. You will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the product.

1.3. Shipping costs for returning the product will be your responsibility unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will include the cost of the returned product, excluding shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

2.3. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

3. Exchanges

3.1. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support.betteryou@gmail.com or +2348023316940. We will arrange for an exchange and provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These items include but are not limited to:

• Prescription medications
• Personal hygiene products
• Opened or tampered products
